Interesting places in Nagoya - about Atsuta Shrine

I will introduce Atsuta Shrine. This shrine is a very historical place. It is a shrine of "Atsuta-no-Okami", and the famous sword of "Kusanagi-no-Tsurugi" is also on display in the shrine. It is one thing of Imperial Regalia for Japan ("Sansyu-no-Jingi" in Japanese), so that is important and historical for Japan. And this shrine has over 4,400 national treasures, representing its 2000 years of history.
Atsuta Shrine holds about 70 festivals annually, and the biggest festival is held on May 5th. It is called “Shobusai” or “Atsutamatsuri”. So many people visit Atsuta
Shrine throughout the whole year.
There are a lot of ways to go there, but I recommend going by the Meitetsu Railway. You should get off at Jingumae station, and walk three minutes from there.
If you go there, you might even see a Japanese wedding in action!
